Padded Camp Form

Instructions:
A padded camp may occur between Memorial Day and the week of July 20th. The camp is a school specific period for all levels (varsity, JV, sophomore, freshmen). It must be the same week for all levels.

Must Comply With:
  • Padded Camp Guidelines
  • Football Summer Calendar

    The camp period must be declared through this form by the Friday prior to Memorial Day. If you do not participate in a padded camp you must still declare that through this form.
